نظرية التدافع في العلاقات الدولية

تصنف هذه الدراسة ضمن مبحث فلسفة العلاقات الدولية، حيث تناولت بالنقد ظاهرة "الصراع الدولي" تنظيرا وممارسة وفق مقاربة معرفية تطبيعية. ثم عملت على تأصيل نموذج أكثر تفسيرية لما يحاكي هذه الظاهرة انطلاقا من رؤية معرفية تنزيهية، أطلق عليها "أطروحة التدافع". وعلى ضوء هذه الأخيرة، ومن خلال دراسة الخبرة الحضارية للمغرب بين طوري الامتداد والانكفاء، اتضح حضور سمة التدافع في تاريخ هذا البلد. فمن جهة، ثمة حركة تغير مستمرة في الداخل لحمل الكافة على مقتضى الشرع أو الملك. أما خارجيا، في مواجهة باقي الأمم الملية أو المجتمعية المجاورة لها، فكان تدافعا مستمرا إما نصرة لمظلوم أو دفعا لعدوان أو فتحا لبلدان.

 Cette étude s'inscrit en matière de la philosophie des relations internationales, et selon l’approche occidentale, elle a abordée un regard critique sur Le phénomène de conflit international en Théorie et pratique. Puis elle a contribuée l'indigénisation d’un paradigme plus interprétative de ce phénomène appeler «thèse tadafoa» compte tenue de notre vocation et de notre référence qui porte le nom de «thèse tadafoa». A la lumière de cette dernière et selon l’étude de l’expertise de civilisation du Maroc entre les périodes d'expansion et de régression. Il s'est avéré assister à la caractéristique de ruée dans l’histoire de ce pays. D’un coté il y avait un mouvement intérieure qui porter les gens sous les dispositions du Sharaa ou de l'autorité. De l’autre et au niveau international une confrontation permanente face au reste des États voisins confessionnels ou communautaire, soit la défense de l'Opprimé ou défense contre agression, ou bien conquérir des pays.

 This study falls within the framework of the philosophy of international relations. It critically deals with the issue of international relations theoretically and practically following a cognitive Western approach. From a referential cognitive perspective called “Tadafoe thesis”, the study attempts to establish an explanatory model to this phenomenon. On the light of this, and based on the study of Moroccan civilizational expertise between the “era of expansion and decreuse", the characteristics of “Tadafoe” became apparent in the history of this country. Internally, there is a constant movement of change for all to assume the responsibility based on Shariah or authority. Externally, there is a permanent confrontation with the neighbouring states based on the defence of the oppressed, against aggression or other countries’ conquest.
